钙通道阻滞剂心痛定(Nifedipine、NF)用于治疗心脏疾病众所周知,但也可治疗其它疾患,如慢性阻塞性肺病、食管疾病、溃疡病、门脉高压症、肠激惹综合征、腹泻、胃肠痉挛性疼痛及胆绞痛、肾绞痛、痛经等。1 肺动脉离压 Kestonos等用NF治疗了6例肺心病合并肺动脉高压患者,其中4例肺动脉压和肺血管阻力下降、心输出血量增加。周旭晨等10例先心病肺动脉高压患者舌下合NF20mg,30分钟后平均肺动脉压开始下降,50分钟降至最低。
