目的:探讨复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU) 患者机体免疫机能状态及发病机理。方法:外周血以MayGrünwaldGiemsa 染色法检测不同型RAU 患者大颗粒淋巴细胞(LGL) 。结果:患者组LGL明显低于正常组,重型RAU 患者的LGL低于轻型,RAU 患者的中性粒细胞低于正常值,嗜酸性粒细胞高于正常值。结论:RAU 患者的发病机理可能为全身与局部免疫力降低,口腔微生物增多并毒力增强,刺激机体过敏水平增高,形成病理性免疫反应链和恶性循环。
Objective: To investigate the status and pathogenesis of immune function in patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer (RAU). Methods: Peripheral blood was detected by MayGrünwaldGiemsa staining for different types of RAU patients with large granular lymphocytes (LGL). Results: The LGL in patients was significantly lower than that in normal controls. The LGL in patients with severe RAU was lower than that in patients with mild RAU. The neutrophils in patients with RAU were lower than normal and eosinophils were higher than normal. CONCLUSIONS: The pathogenesis of RAU may be decreased systemic and local immunity, increased oral micro-organisms and increased virulence, and increased the level of allergic reactions in the body, forming a pathological immune response chain and a vicious cycle.
