在全面实施义务教育、努力实现教育均衡发展的形势下,课堂分层教学显得尤为重要。分层教学的关键在于对学生进行科学合理的分层,分层教学应该是在教学目标、教学过程、课堂练习及作业等全方位各环节的分层,应该对不同层次的学生在教学的各个阶段提出不同的标准并给予具体的指导。只有实施分层教学,教育公平才能落到实处。
Under the situation of fully implementing compulsory education and striving to achieve a balanced development of education, it is particularly important to have a layered classroom teaching. The key to layered teaching lies in the scientific and rational stratification of students. Hierarchical teaching should be stratified in all aspects of teaching objectives, teaching processes, classroom exercises, and homework, and should be different for students at different levels.
