中国人的进食方式出现过三大变革。很早很早以前,我们聚餐的时候采取分餐制,就像吃西餐或者日本料理一样各吃各的,后来才改成共餐制。很早很早以前,我们跟欧洲人一样,餐桌上离不开刀叉,后来才改成用筷子包打天下。很早很早以前,我们像日本人那样跪在榻榻米上吃饭,后来才改成坐在椅子上进餐。这三大变革都是从魏晋南北朝开始,到宋朝结束。换句话说,只有到了宋朝,我们才彻底摆脱了古老而又新颖的分餐、刀叉和跪坐传统,“现代化”的进
Chinese people have experienced three major changes in eating patterns.
