阐述了晋煤外运问题的严峻性和加快晋煤外运东西通路建设的必要性,分析了目前该通路的运能与煤运量极不适应的现状,对山西北部、中部和南部晋煤外运通路的建设提出了具体建议。
This paper elaborates the seriousness of the problems of coal transportation outside Shanxi and the necessity of speeding up the construction of the east and west thoroughfares of the coal transportation outside the country. The construction of Sinotrans Expressway put forward specific suggestions.
