本文探讨了与市场经济相适应的法律观的三个基本问题。认为在市场经济体制下，应树立权利本位、主体平等和效率、开放的法律观，以促进市场经济的发展和中国法制的现代化。
This article explores the three basic issues of the legal concept that are compatible with the market economy. He believes that under the market economy system, the concept of rights, the equality and efficiency of the main body and the open legal concept should be established to promote the development of the market economy and the modernization of China’s legal system.
