气温对小鼠周边血淋巴细胞ANAE活性类型的影响

本文观察了在不同气温下生活的小鼠周边血淋巴细胞ANAE活性及其类型的变化。结果淋巴细胞ANAE阳性和阴性的数值在高气温(±33℃)和低气温(±0℃)下无明显变化;而ANAE活性类型在两种气温下有显著改变,低气温时反应颗粒偏大而高气温时偏小;低气温时点状颗粒型和散在大颗粒型显著增加,高气温时点状颗粒型和散在大颗粒型少,但散在小颗粒型显著增加。

In this study, the changes of ANAE activity and types of peripheral blood lymphocytes in mice living under different temperatures were observed. Results The positive and negative values ​​of ANAE in lymphocytes did not change significantly at high temperature (±33°C) and low air temperature (±0°C). The type of ANAE activity significantly changed at two temperatures, and the reactive particles were larger at low temperatures. However, when the temperature is high, it is small; when the temperature is low, the granular particles and scattered particles increase significantly; when the temperature is high, the granular particles and scattered particles are less, but the scattered particles are significantly increased.
