本文观察了在不同气温下生活的小鼠周边血淋巴细胞ANAE活性及其类型的变化。结果淋巴细胞ANAE阳性和阴性的数值在高气温(±33℃)和低气温(±0℃)下无明显变化;而ANAE活性类型在两种气温下有显著改变,低气温时反应颗粒偏大而高气温时偏小;低气温时点状颗粒型和散在大颗粒型显著增加,高气温时点状颗粒型和散在大颗粒型少,但散在小颗粒型显著增加。
In this study, the changes of ANAE activity and types of peripheral blood lymphocytes in mice living under different temperatures were observed. Results The positive and negative values of ANAE in lymphocytes did not change significantly at high temperature (±33°C) and low air temperature (±0°C). The type of ANAE activity significantly changed at two temperatures, and the reactive particles were larger at low temperatures. However, when the temperature is high, it is small; when the temperature is low, the granular particles and scattered particles increase significantly; when the temperature is high, the granular particles and scattered particles are less, but the scattered particles are significantly increased.
