欧洲财政经济会计专家联盟(Union Europeenne des Experts Comptables Economiques et Financiers U. E. C)是欧洲地区性会计职业团体,于1951年11月在法国巴黎成立,创始会员有:法国、意大利、西德、奥地利、比利时、卢森堡、荷兰、葡萄牙、西班牙和瑞士的职业会计师协会,后来会员团体发展到25个,另有原南斯拉夫,希腊和以色列的4个通讯会员团体。该联盟曾先后在巴黎和慕尼黑常设秘书处,并设5个常设委员会:即审计公告委员会、教育委员会、职业道德委员会、术语委员会和技术研究委员会。该联盟每3～4年召开一次代表大会,每次代表大会都形成《代表大会会议录》,该记录被译成多种文字发行,是很有价值的会计文献。
Union Europeenne des Experts Comptables Economiques et Financiers UE C is a regional accounting professional group in Europe. It was founded in November 1951 in Paris, France. Founding members are: France, Italy, West Germany, Austria, Belgium , The Association of Professional Accountants in Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland. Subsequently, the number of member organizations has grown to 25 and there are also four members of communication groups in Yugoslavia, Greece and Israel. The consortium has permanent secretarial offices in Paris and Munich and five permanent committees: the Board of Auditors, the Board of Education, the Ethics Committee, the Terminology Committee and the Technical Research Committee. The Alliance convenes a congress every 3 to 4 years. Each congress forms a “Congressional Conference.” The transcript is translated into multiple languages and is a valuable accounting document.
