借助现代风险管理理论,分析、识别我国城市住房金融所面临的风险因素,并就建立有效的风险防范机制提出若干建议,以期求得住宅产业与金融产业的良性互动。
With the help of modern risk management theory, this paper analyzes and identifies the risk factors of urban housing finance in our country and puts forward some suggestions on how to establish an effective risk prevention mechanism in order to achieve a positive interaction between residential industry and financial industry.
