本文针对当前高职学校高年级学生自我管理能力较差的现状,结合自身的工作实际及所学的理论知识,提出培养高职学生高年级自我管理的实施方案。
This article aims at the current situation of the high grade students in higher vocational schools with poor ability of self - management. Based on the actual work and the theoretical knowledge they learned, this paper puts forward the plan of training senior students in higher vocational colleges to self - management.
