三月的太原,到处洋溢着春的气息。匆匆的行人,洒满阳光的街道,使这座古城充满了勃勃生机。在太原市委办公大楼中一间俭朴的办公室里,笔者拜访了市委统战部长畅锦屏同志。“统战工作是一项特殊的政治工作, 党派我做这个工作,我就要做好” 1990年,太原市委决定调当时任市委组织部副部长的畅锦屏到市委统战部担任部长。虽说从级别上升了一格儿,但当时劝阻她的人也有,说她不应该从一个有实权的岗位到一个清淡的部门去,统战工作没有什么干头儿。但畅锦屏不这样想。她对笔者重复了几年前说过的一段话:“我认为统战工作非常重要,这不是随便
