介绍了高效液相色谱—电化学检测法测定了血中间羟舒喘宁（博利康尼）浓度，采用固相提取和双电极技术，并用瑞典Ａｓｔｒａ公司生产的间羟舒喘宁缓释片作为参照标准，研究了华瑞制药有限公司（ＳＳＰＣ）生产的间羟舒喘宁缓释片的药代动力学和生物利用度，比较了两种缓释片的最大血浓度（Ｃｍａｘ）、达峰时间（ｔｍａｘ）和曲线下的面积（ＡＵＣｏ→∞）。结果表明，ＳＳＰＣ的间羟舒喘宁缓释片与Ａｓｔｒａ公司生产的间羟舒喘宁缓释片，生物利用度相似。
This article introduced the method of HPLC - electrochemical detection to measure the concentration of blood oxytocin in blood, using the technology of solid phase extraction and double electrode, and using the metoclopramide sustained release tablets produced by Sweden Astra as The pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of methotrexate sustained-release tablets produced by Huarui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (SSPC) were studied. The maximum blood concentration (Cmax) and peak Time (tmax) and area under the curve (AUCo → ∞). The results showed that the SSPC methotrexate sustained-release tablets and Astra produced methotrexate sustained-release tablets, similar bioavailability.
