OBJECTIVE: To understand the level of specific antibodies and their differences after vaccination against influenza A (H1N1) in different populations for one year, as well as the adverse reactions of vaccination. Methods: The subjects of different age groups and different sexes who were inoculated for 1 year were selected as subjects, and the blood samples were tested for influenza A (H1N1) virus titer with “hemagglutination inhibition test”. Results: The antibody positive rate (protection rate) of the population after one year of inoculation was 76.78%. The positive rates (protection rates) of the two age groups 10 to 17 years old and 22 to 55 years old were 61.84% and 89.80% respectively; The positive rates (and protective rates) of sex antibody were 78.95% for males and 75.00% for females, respectively. The rate of adverse reactions in vaccination was 4.17%. Conclusion: The incidence of adverse reactions after vaccination with influenza A (H1N1) vaccine was low and no serious adverse reactions were observed. One year after inoculation, the protective effect of the vaccine on the population did not decrease significantly.
