卵巢癌是目前严重威胁妇女健康和生命迫切需要研究解决的一种妇科恶性肿瘤。卵巢癌发病率占妇女所有恶性肿瘤的第六位,占妇科恶性肿瘤的第二位或第三位,并有逐年上升的趋势。由于卵巢深在盆腔,发病初期很少有症状,目前尚缺乏特异的早期诊断方法,以至确诊时60~70%的病人已届晚期,严重地影响治疗和预后。各期卵巢癌病人五年生存率一直徘徊在20~30%,死亡率甚至超过宫颈癌和宫体癌之和,占各种妇科恶性肿瘤死亡原因的首位。就目前治疗水平,若能早期发现病人,即可大大改善卵巢癌的预后。Ⅰ期病人五年生存率60~90%,但Ⅲ、Ⅳ期病人五年生存率仅5~15%,因此,作出早期诊断就可提高五年生存率45~85%。卵巢癌诊断的研究近30年来一直受到普
Ovarian cancer is a gynecological malignant tumor which is seriously threatened the health and life of women urgently need to be studied and solved.
