白三烯(Leukotricnes,LT_(?))是一组活性很强的致炎介质,与前列腺素(PG_(?))和血栓素(TK)同由花生四烯酸(AA)衍变而来。LT_(?)包括LTB_4和半胱氨酰LT_(?)(Cy_(?)—LT_(?)),后者由LTC_4、D_4、E_4组成。LTB_4是活性很高的趋化物质,Cg_(?)-LT_(?)具有很强的平滑肌收缩活性,过去曾被称为过敏性慢反应物质(SRS—A),它们涉及过敏反应、炎症、休克、血浆外渗等病理过程。近年,白三烯在肝脏病理过程中的重要作用已受到重视。本文拟对白三烯的代谢过程、生物学作用及其与肝疾病的关系作一综述。

This article intends to review the metabolic processes, biological roles of leukotrienes and their relationship with liver diseases.
