通过对某铝业公司1台220t/h锅炉省煤器管子多次泄漏的调查分析,发现空气预热器短路窜热风并对管子产生磨损是主要原因,提出相应的处理方案,预防类似事故再次发生。
Through the investigation and analysis of several leaks of economizer tubes in a 220t / h boiler of an aluminum company, it was found that the air preheater short-circuiting and channeling the hot air and causing the tube wear are the main reasons, and the corresponding treatment plan is put forward to prevent similar accidents once again occur.
