通过对内蒙古中俄边境地区构建校园足球四级联赛进行分析,提出适合两国开展校园足球联赛的策略:根据两国学制的不同,构建满洲里市、海拉尔区、牙克石市、扎兰屯市、赤塔州、乌兰乌德市、伊尔库斯克市、克拉斯诺亚尔斯克区八座城市校园足球四级联赛。建议:两国政府构建跨国足球合作模式;联赛分组注意两国水平差异性;举办可控制性的联赛;注重联赛注册制和后期反馈系统开发;努力打造中俄足球赛事品牌。
Based on the analysis of the construction of the campus football league in the border between China and Russia in Inner Mongolia, this paper proposes a strategy suitable for the development of the football league in the two countries. According to the difference of the two countries’ academic system, the paper builds Manzhouli City, Hailar District, Yakeshi City and Zalantun City , Chita, Ulan-Ude City, Irkutsk City, Krasnoyarsk District City Campus Soccer League four. Suggestions: the two governments to build cross-border football cooperation model; league group pay attention to the level of differences between the two countries; organized controllable league; focus on league registration system and post-feedback system development; efforts to create China and Russia soccer tournament brand.
