目的长链非编码RNA是一类长度超过200nt的RNA分子,其异常表达与恶性肿瘤发生、发展密切相关。本研究探讨长链非编码RNA LINC00467在结直肠癌中的表达特点及对预后的影响。方法收集河南中医学院第三附属医院收治的382例结直肠癌手术患者作为研究对象。qRT-PCR检测LINC00467表达,根据其不同表达水平,与结直肠癌临床病理特征行单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析,并行预后分析。结果 LINC00467在结直肠癌组织中高表达,P=0.002。单因素分析显示,高表达LINC00467与TNM分期、远处转移、神经浸润和脉管侵犯密切相关,均P值<0.05。多因素分析显示,高表达LINC00467与TNM分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移、脉管侵犯及瘤栓密切相关(均P值<0.05),而与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、神经浸润及CEA未见明显关联性,均P值>0.05。相对于低表达者,高表达LINC00467不利于结直肠癌患者预后,P<0.05。结论 LINC00467在结直肠癌组织中高表达,与TNM分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移、脉管侵犯及瘤栓密切相关,其高表达不利于患者预后,有望为结直肠癌诊断及靶向治疗提供理论依据。
Purpose Long-chain non-coding RNAs are a group of RNA molecules longer than 200nt. The abnormal expression of them is closely related to the occurrence and development of malignant tumors. This study was to investigate the expression characteristics of long-chain non-coding RNA LINC00467 in colorectal cancer and its impact on prognosis. Methods A total of 382 colorectal cancer patients admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled in this study. The expression of LINC00467 was detected by qRT-PCR. According to their different expression levels, single-factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis were performed to evaluate the clinicopathological features of colorectal cancer. Results LINC00467 was highly expressed in colorectal cancer tissues, P = 0.002. Univariate analysis showed that high expression of LINC00467 was closely related to TNM staging, distant metastasis, nerve invasion and vascular invasion, all with P values <0.05. Multivariate analysis showed that high expression of LINC00467 was closely related to TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, vascular invasion and tumor thrombus (all P <0.05), but not with age, gender, tumor size, nerve infiltration and CEA Significant correlation, both P values> 0.05. Relative to low expression, high expression of LINC00467 is not conducive to the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer, P <0.05. Conclusions LINC00467 is overexpressed in colorectal cancer tissues. It is closely related to TNM staging, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, vascular invasion and tumor thrombus. The high expression of LINC00467 is not conducive to the prognosis of patients and may provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and targeted therapy of colorectal cancer in accordance with.
