联合国人权理事会UPR对残疾人权利的主流化体现了联合国人权理事会在残疾人权利主流化进程中所发挥的独特作用。UPR多维度审视联合国所有成员国的残疾人权利保护状态,强化联合国系统、国家以及非政府组织将残疾人权利纳入发展议程的理念,监督各国在国内和国际层面促进残疾人主流化的进程,通过后续行动为各成员国推进残疾人权利主流化能力建设提供财政和技术支持,并全面促进残疾人权利纳入发展议程的主流。
The UN Human Rights Council’s mainstreaming of disability rights by UPR reflects the unique role played by the UN Human Rights Council in mainstreaming disability rights. UPR examines the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities in all UN member states in a multi-dimensional manner, strengthens the concept of integrating disability rights of the UN system, countries and non-governmental organizations into the development agenda and oversees the process of promoting the mainstreaming of persons with disability at the national and international levels through the UPR Follow-up actions provide financial and technical support to Member States in promoting capacity-building for the mainstreaming of persons with disabilities and fully promote the mainstreaming of the rights of persons with disabilities in the development agenda.
