遵照大伟领袖毛主席关于:“中国医药学是一个伟大的宝库,应当努力发掘,加以提高”的教导,我们在临床上初步探索了指压穴位麻醉的方法,进行拔牙手术。指压穴位麻醉是根据祖国医学应用针刺穴位镇痛的原理及针麻施行手术成功的启示下,发展起来的。通过学习兄弟单位先进经验及我们的实践,体会到指压麻醉拔牙有良好的麻醉效果,尤其是儿童拔牙效果更为满意。我科自1975年2月至7月,采用指压麻醉拔牙59例,总成功率达96.6％,取得较满意的效果。指压麻醉的方法一、穴位选择:指压麻醉主要穴位有颧髎、颊车、下关、颏孔、合谷。配合穴
