介绍了一种新型流体动力式超声波重油雾化喷嘴。为了研究其雾化特性,利用压缩空气和水为介质,利用LS-2000激光粒度分析仪对超声波重油雾化喷嘴的雾化特性进行了详细的研究。分析了该型喷嘴的工作特点,研究了不同供气压力、供水压力和气液比ALR对喷嘴雾化性能的影响,分析了粒径沿程变化情况。研究表明流体动力式超声波重油雾化喷嘴雾化索太尔平均粒径非常小,约10~20μm,具有较好的应用前景。
A new type of fluid dynamic ultrasonic heavy oil atomizing nozzle is introduced. In order to study its atomization characteristics, the atomization characteristics of the ultrasonic heavy oil atomizing nozzle were studied in detail by using LS-2000 laser particle size analyzer with compressed air and water as the medium. The characteristics of this type of nozzle were analyzed. The effects of different air supply pressure, water supply pressure and gas / liquid ratio on the atomization performance of the nozzle were studied. The changes of the particle diameter were analyzed. The research shows that the average particle size of the atomized Soybean aerosol atomizer spray nozzle is very small, about 10 ~ 20μm, and has a good application prospect.
