合作学习是新课程改革倡导的一种重要的学生学习方式,合作学习有利于培养学生的协作精神、团队观念和交流能力,并在思想的碰撞中迸发创新的火花。小组合作学习是指在小组中为了完成共同的任务,经历动手实践、自主探索和合作交流的过程,有明确责任分工的互助性学习。它使置身班集体中原本孤立的个体,在合作问题的“聚集”下,排除个体而群策群力,在合作中取长补短、团结协作。这种学习方式既可以实现优势互补、促进知识的建构,提高学习的效率,又可以培养学生的合作意识、交往技巧,对学生的终身发展都有着重大意义。
Cooperative learning is an important student learning mode advocated by the new curriculum reform. Cooperative learning is conducive to cultivating students’ cooperative spirit, team concept and communication skills, and sparks of innovation in the collision of ideas. Group cooperative learning refers to the process of hands-on practice, independent exploration and cooperation and exchange in the group in order to accomplish a common task, and there is a mutual-aid learning with a clear division of responsibilities. It makes individuals who were originally isolated in the class of collectives under the “gathering ” of cooperation issues, excluding individual and team work, learn from each other in the cooperation, unity and cooperation. This kind of learning can not only realize the advantages of each other, promote the construction of knowledge, improve the efficiency of learning, but also cultivate the students’ sense of cooperation and communication skills, which are of great significance to the lifelong development of students.
