安全阀是用于制造氧气、冷气、二氧化碳气体的充填设备上,是保护国家财产及人身安全的一种保险装置。因此,安全阀需要很好的密封性和可靠性。一般安全阀动作后漏气量每分钟不得超过4～8个泡,连续动作不得超过三次,要使安全阀工作性能完全符合标准,是一件不容易的事情。 三年前,我厂生产的六个系列三十多种安全阀是以四川自贡、杭州、无锡、抚顺等厂的蓝图为底图。它们的主要弱点是:加工难度大、加工工期长、用料价格高。现仅以无锡某厂627-47-00四级安全阀组件（如图1）说明如下:
Safety valve is used to manufacture oxygen, air conditioning, carbon dioxide gas filling equipment, is to protect the national property and personal safety of a safety device. Therefore, the safety valve needs good sealing and reliability. General safety valve leakage after the operation shall not exceed 4 to 8 bubbles per minute, no more than three consecutive actions, to make the safety valve performance fully in line with the standards, is not an easy task. Three years ago, the six series and more than 30 kinds of safety valves produced by our factory were based on the blueprints of Zigong, Hangzhou, Wuxi and Fushun factories in Sichuan Province. Their main weaknesses are: processing is difficult, long processing period, material prices high. Now only a factory in Wuxi 627-47-00 four safety valve components (Figure 1) described below:
