1基本要求1.1训练(1)在完成日常工作职责的同时,接受技术、技能和相关知识的训练(OJT).[注:OJT即在职训练,英文为on job training]·对于各阶段必须达到的职业技术和技能特别作了规定.职业技术和技能的级别由公司认定(职业技术,技能认定制度).公司还提供结合训练的模拟机操作和实际机械的拆卸、装配.(2)保持成组训练,目的是使火电运行检修技术的水平更加得到提高.
1 Basic Requirements 1.1 Training (1) In the course of completing daily work responsibilities, receive training in techniques, skills, and related knowledge (OJT). [Note: OJT is on-the-job training, English is on job training] • Must be achieved for each stage Occupational skills and skills are specifically stipulated. The level of professional skills and skills is determined by the company (professional technology, skills certification system). The company also provides combined training simulator operation and disassembly and assembly of actual machinery. (2) Maintaining group The purpose of training is to further improve the level of thermal power maintenance and repair technology.
