目的:观察聚桂醇超声介入下硬化联合中药治疗原发性睾丸鞘膜积液的疗效。方法:选取我院住院治疗的确诊为单侧原发性睾丸鞘膜积液患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组经超声引导抽净液体后注入适量聚桂醇注射液,并留置囊内;治疗组在此基础上联合四逆散合五苓散治疗,统计术后1、3、6个月的疗效。结果:穿刺成功率100%。术后随访1个月时,治疗组临床疗效总有效率为96.7%,对照组为60.0%;术后随访3、6个月时,治疗组治愈率96.7%,复发率3.3%,对照组治愈率73.3%,复发率26.7%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:聚桂醇超声介入联合中药治疗原发性睾丸鞘膜积液具有效果好、不良反应少、安全性高、复发率低的特点,是治疗原发性睾丸鞘膜积液的有效方法。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of poly-Gui-Gui-Wai ultrasound combined with sclerotherapy and Chinese medicine on primary testicular hydrocele. Methods: Sixty patients diagnosed as unilateral primary testicular hydrocele in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the control group, the rats were anesthetized with ultrasound and then injected with proper amount of lauromacyl alcohol injection, And placed in the capsule; the treatment group on this basis combined Sini San Wulingsan treatment, statistics of 1,3,6 months after the curative effect. Results: Puncture success rate of 100%. After one month’s follow-up, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7% and that of the control group was 60.0%. The cure rate of the treatment group was 96.7% and the recurrence rate was 3.3% at the follow-up of 3 and 6 months The rate was 73.3% and the recurrence rate was 26.7%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The effect of poly-Gui-Guilai ultrasound combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary testicular hydrocele is effective, less adverse reactions, high safety and low recurrence rate. It is an effective method for the treatment of primary testicular hydrocele.
