21世纪是一个知识经济时代,人才的质量影响到经济社会发展的全局。少数民族学生遍及全国各地,其生活习惯、经济条件、文化信仰和学习基础等方面差异明显,但是当前内地高校在少数民族学生管理机制中并未充分考虑这些因素,基于当前管理机制中存在的诸多不足,笔者认为内地高校少数民族学生管理机制亟需进行改革和创新,以推动我国少数民族地区经济社会平稳持续发展。
