以钛酸丁酯为钛源,尿素和醋酸锌为掺杂剂,聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇为复合模板剂,用快速溶胶-凝胶法,制得氮锌共掺杂介孔TiO_2。用XRD、TEM、XPS、N2吸附-脱附和UV-vis吸收光谱等对材料进行了表征。结果表明所得材料具有典型的介孔结构;与未掺杂的介孔TiO_2对比,所得样品表现出明显的红移,且可见光区吸收强度明显提高;XPS结果表明氮和锌均成功掺杂到介孔TiO_2中。
Nitrogen and zinc co-doped mesoporous TiO 2 were prepared by the rapid sol-gel method using butyl titanate as titanium source, urea and zinc acetate as dopant, polyacrylamide and polyvinyl alcohol as composite templating agent. The materials were characterized by XRD, TEM, XPS, N2 adsorption-desorption and UV-vis absorption spectra. The results show that the obtained material has a typical mesoporous structure. Compared with undoped mesoporous TiO 2, the obtained sample shows obvious red shift, and the absorption intensity in the visible light region obviously increases. XPS results show that both nitrogen and zinc are successfully doped into the mesogen Hole in TiO_2.
