目的随着癌症患者生存率的提高,生育力保存(fertility preservation,FP)技术逐渐受到国内外辅助生殖技术研究学者的关注,综述MSCs在女性FP中的研究进展。方法广泛查阅近年来有关FP中应用MSCs的文献,并进行总结。结果 MSCs具有来源丰富、易分离扩增、可多向分化及迁移的能力,还可避免引起伦理道德、法律法规争议,对受损卵巢组织、生殖内分泌紊乱具有修复作用。另外,MSCs可在特定情况下诱导分化为卵母细胞样细胞,可为实验和临床研究提供细胞来源。结论 MSCs在未来实验及临床领域的应用具有巨大潜力,为FP技术的研究提供了新思路。
Objective With the increase of survival rate of cancer patients, the technology of fertility preservation (FP) has been paid more and more attention by researchers both at home and abroad. The progress of MSCs in female FP is reviewed. Methods Extensive review of the literature on the application of MSCs in FP in recent years and summary. Results MSCs were rich in origin, easy to separate and amplify, capable of multi-directional differentiation and migration, and could also avoid ethical and legal disputes and repair the damaged ovarian tissue and reproductive and endocrine disorders. In addition, MSCs can be induced to differentiate into oocyte-like cells under specific conditions and can provide a source of cells for experimental and clinical research. Conclusion The application of MSCs in future experimental and clinical fields has great potential and provides new ideas for the study of FP technology.
