目前我国混凝土减水剂的品种虽不少,但市售价格较高。利用工业废渣生产混凝土减水早强剂,用于民用住宅混凝土构件和现浇构筑物中,既能解决工业三废对环境的污染又能获得廉价的混凝土减水早强剂,是一项值得重视的研究课题。FF 减水早强剂就是利用化工厂染料扩散剂滤泥与其他几种原料复合配制经加工而制成的。一、砂浆、混凝土性能1.水泥凝结时间对不同 FF 掺入量的天津325号矿渣水泥进行凝结时间测定,其结果如表1。
