文章指出,当前我国经济生产部门技术结构多层次的一个重要特点是:先进技术(式高级技术)同大量初级技术、原始手工技术的比例悬殊,而初级技术在经济中构成技术结构的主体。不仅如此,我国经济生产中主体技术的落后,还表现在专业劳动者技术和文化水平的低下,存在大量科盲、文肓的劳动者。改变我国落后的技术结构,不仅是抓几项新技术,而且是结合本地区、本部门的实际,提高我们经济、技术发展的水平。
The article points out that an important feature of the multi-level technical structure of China’s economic production sector is that the ratio of advanced technology (high-level technology) to a large number of primary technologies and primitive manual technologies is very different, and primary technologies constitute the main body of technological structures in the economy. Not only that, the backwardness of the main technology in China’s economic production is also manifested in the low level of professional laborers’ skills and culture, and there are a large number of laborers who are blind and literate. Changing the backward technological structure of our country is not only a matter of grasping several new technologies, but also integrating the actual conditions of our region and our department to improve our economic and technological development.
