公司社会责任问题的提出是基于公众对公司性质与作用的反思。在市场经济社会中,公司既是社会繁荣的创造者,也是社会资源的消耗者,公司与社会共生的关系决定了公司必须履行社会责任。因此,惟有真正认知公司社会责任的伦理价值所在,我们才能有效地促进经济与道德由相互博弈转为相互融合,使得公司在动机上具有正当性,从而使其行为合伦理性,最终达到社会公益的最大化。
The issue of corporate social responsibility is based on the public’s reflection on the nature and role of the company. In the market economy and society, the company is not only the creator of social prosperity, but also the consumer of social resources. The symbiotic relationship between the company and the society determines that the company must fulfill its social responsibilities. Therefore, only by truly recognizing the ethical value of corporate social responsibility, can we effectively promote the economic and ethical transformation from mutual game to mutual integration, and make the company justified in motivation so that its behavior is ethical and eventually reaches the society Maximize public welfare.
