建于50年代的很多沿海老闸急需加固维修。但因原工程设计先天不足,常常在施工中为拆除老闸门等大件而费时费力。最近淮阴水利建设集团有限公司在承建烧香河闸加固工程中,采用钢管搭设操作平台方案拆除旧闸,成功地解决了上述问题,取得了缩短工期、节省费用的很好效益。 1957年建于连云港市的烧香河闸,为带胸墙的开敞式挡潮节制闸,共6孔,每孔净宽8m,经过40多年运行,老化现象非常严重,淮阴市水利建设集团有跟公司于去年2月中标该闸加固工程。因加固工程的子项目都为水上部分,故淮阴市水建从节省经费出发,决定不用打围堰干地施工,选择在水中搭设平台施工。在施工中遇到的最大难题就是
