“科班”是指受过正规学校教育的,以一定的理论知识为基础,从而进行创作的艺术者。但现今衡量一个人艺术才华和艺术价值尺度,不在于他是否“科班”出身!我们具有专业素质固然很重要,但同时也不能忽略“非专业素质”在学习过程中应该广泛涉猎,选择不同的学习方式培养自己的兴趣!在抛开“门户论”的同时,走出“科班情结”的误区。要把“科班”与“非科班”的素质培养紧密结合在一起,从而提升自身能力!
