在曹雪芹原著《红楼梦》中,描写的生日场面有大有小:大的生日场面有宁国府贾敬的做寿,有荣国府贾母的寿宴,还有王熙凤、贾宝玉以及薛宝钗等的生日;小的生日描写就只是一笔带过,不加粉饰。本文着重分析薛宝钗的生日场面,从宝钗过生日时每个人的行为反应、在过生日中所表现出的儿女之情以及所点戏文中隐射的故事情节三个方面来剖析,作者是如何淋漓尽致地展现困惑人类永恒的一大主题——情感。
