葡萄栽培主要集中在“三北”(华北、东北、西北)地区,由于收获季节集中,又不易保存和长途运输,过去基本是季产季销。为延长葡萄上市期,提高经济效益,搞好葡萄贮藏保鲜非常关键。1.注重葡萄质量。影响葡萄质量的因素有:产地、栽培条件、病虫害、成熟度、含糖量、树龄等,而含糖量是影响其质量的重要因素。一般来说,在同一地区,旱地较水地的耐贮,壮年树较老年树的耐贮,含糖量高的较含糖量低的耐贮。葡萄属于非呼吸跃变型水果,没有后熟期,所以贮藏用葡萄应当充分成熟,一般在不受冻害的前提下适当晚采即可,过熟则易掉粒。
