通过了解做好公路档案管理工作的重要性,分析现阶段公路档案管理工作中存在的问题,并且制定合理有效的措施来做好公路档案管理工作。因此,相关工作人员只有不断加强自身修养,提升自身综合素质,更好的与新时期公路系统档案管理相适应,才能促使我国公路系统档案管理工作不断加强。以下通过对公路系统档案管理现状的探讨,以改进公路档案数据库管理系统为重点,提出建立工程档案管理体制和提升公路建设档案管理人员素质等加强措施,以期能为业内人士提供一定借鉴。
By understanding the importance of highway archives management, analyzing the existing problems in the management of highway archives at present, and formulating reasonable and effective measures to do well the management of highway archives. Therefore, the related staff members should only strengthen their self-cultivation, improve their overall quality and better adapt to the management of the highway system files in the new period, so as to promote the continuous improvement of the management of the highway system files in our country. The following discussion of the status quo of highway system file management, to improve the highway archives database management system as the focus, put forward to establish the project file management system and improve the quality of highway construction file management staff and other measures to strengthen, in order to provide some reference for the industry.
