国家GB/T19000《质量管理和质量保证》新系列标准是等效采用国际ISO9000系列标准,属管理标准,也是个通用性标准.为适应市场经济发展和“复关”的需要,更好地参与国际市场竞争,全国各行各业都在认真学习,宣传和贯彻这一新系列标准,我们铸造行业也必须这样做.文中简介了这一新系列标准,指出:铸造工厂的质量管理应按新系列标准中的质量体系原理和原则建立健全的质量体系,在合同环境下,提供的外部质量保证应按新系列标准中的质量保证模式进行选用,在制定“质量手册’时,应按新系列标准中所给予的基本思路进行编写.作者特别强调,在实际运用中必须结合铸造工厂的实际情况,对标准进行必要的裁剪,决不能照搬.
