Since ancient times, Sichuan enjoyed the reputation of “the land of abundance”, Wuhua Tianbao, outstanding people and made this immortal contribution in the historical development of the motherland as a united multi-ethnic country. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, especially since the Third Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party held the Third Central Committee in 1978, great changes have taken place in Sichuan’s politics, economy, culture and society.
