目的：生长抑制剂善得定是一种人工合成的八肽，能抑制消化液及胰液、胰酶的分泌，能有效降低内脏血流量及门静脉的压力；利用善得定治疗外科急症，提高救治率。方法：回顾性分析善得定对坏死性胰腺炎、食管下段和胃底静脉曲张破裂出血、急性胃粘膜病变的保守治疗。结果：坏死性胰腺炎保守性治疗５例均痊愈；１４例食管下段、胃底曲张静脉破裂出血，１１例控制，３例死亡；十二指肠溃疡出血２例均得以控制。结论：善得定对上述３种外科急症的保守治疗有一定的价值。
OBJECTIVE: Growth Inhibitor Selaginen is an artificial octapeptide which can inhibit the secretion of digestive juice, pancreatic juice and pancreatic enzymes, effectively reduce the visceral blood flow and the pressure of the portal vein. It also can be used to treat surgical emergencies and improve treatment rate. Methods: Retrospective analysis of good dose on necrotizing pancreatitis, esophageal varices and gastric variceal bleeding, conservative treatment of acute gastric mucosal lesions. Results: The conservative treatment of necrotizing pancreatitis in 5 cases were cured; 14 cases of esophageal lower gastric variceal bleeding, 11 cases of control, 3 cases of death; duodenal ulcer bleeding were controlled in 2 cases. Conclusion: Good Decoction has some value in the conservative treatment of the above three surgical emergencies.
