本文以2014年4月到2015年4月在妇产科分娩的250例初产妇作为研究对象,并且依据其不同的分娩方式将其分为顺产组70例,会阴侧切组100例以及剖宫产组80例,通过比较分析不同分娩方式对初产妇女产后健康的影响。在具体研究上,通过手术生产之后,分别在3,6和9个月时对产妇的产后健康状况进行调查,随后进行分析比较,得到相应的结论,以期为广大产妇及相关研究提供帮助。
This article from April 2014 to April 2015 in the obstetrics and gynecology delivery of 250 cases of primipara as the object of study, and according to their different modes of delivery will be divided into 70 cases of the delivery group, episiotomy group and 100 cases of cesarean section Group 80 cases, by comparative analysis of different modes of delivery on postpartum women’s postpartum health. In the specific study, the maternal postpartum health status was surveyed at 3, 6 and 9 months respectively after operation production, then analyzed and compared, and the corresponding conclusions were obtained in order to provide help to the general maternal and related research.
