通过分析目前煤炭企业营销工作面临的困难局面及产生的原因以及企业自身营销工作的条件,提出了煤炭企业强化营销工作的对策,即:要迅速更新观念;要正确处理好企业当前与长远,内部与外部的关系;要适时进行顾客定位、产品定位、价格定位;要做好市场发展战略研究、构建营销体制、销售队伍建设、产品科技开发、销售策略及销售政策等工作。
By analyzing the current difficulties faced by the marketing work of coal enterprises and their causes as well as the conditions of their own marketing work, the countermeasures for intensifying the marketing work of the coal enterprises are put forward, that is: to quickly update their concepts; to correctly handle the current and long-term business, internal And external relations; timely positioning of customers, product positioning, price positioning; to do a good job of market development strategy research, construction of marketing system, sales force construction, product development, sales strategy and sales policy and so on.
