结合劳动力市场要求和高职毕业生的实际需求以及高职学生自身特点,利用主题班会贯穿于高职阶段的优势,以培养学生职业核心能力为目标,提出以主题班会为载体的高职学生职业核心能力培养模式的研究。通过分析该模式的涵义、构建意义及实施策略,探讨符合高职学生特点的基于主题班会的高职学生职业核心能力培养模式,为高职院校创造性地开展职业核心能力培养工作,提高学生综合素质方面提供经验。
