初见丁阳成,第一印象就是他英俊帅气,眉宇间透着一种坚毅和机敏;熟知丁阳成的人,都知道他正义感强、对人热情、富有奉献精神。 今年正值学习雷锋活动开展40周年,中国青年志愿者行动实施10周年,丁阳成被中宣部、中央文明办、解放军总政治部、共青团中央联合授子“全国学习雷锋、青年志愿服务先进个人”的光荣称号。 这个1972年出生的东北小伙,对工作兢兢业业,对生活充满热爱。他1993年9月到满洲里海关工作,现任满洲里海关通关处综合科副科长,曾先后5次获得优秀公务员、口岸外事系统优秀共产党员、海关缉私先进个人荣誉称号。
