目的 探讨平阳霉素瘤体内注射治疗成人体表血管瘤的效果。方法 对 2 7例成人不同部位的体表血管瘤 ,采用平阳霉素瘤体内注射。结果 平阳霉素瘤体内注射对成人头面颈部海绵状及混合性血管瘤效果较好 ,对其它类型的血管瘤以及躯干和四肢的任何类型血管瘤效果较差。结论 平阳霉素瘤体内注射对成人仅适用于头面部海绵状及混合性血管瘤 ,其它类型及其它部位的体表血管瘤不宜选用。
Objective To investigate the effect of injection of pingyangmycin in vivo on adult human hemangiomas. Methods Twenty-seven adult hemangiomas of different body parts were injected with Pingyangmycin in vivo. Results Pingyangmycin injections in vivo injection on the head and neck spongiform and mixed hemangiomas better effect on other types of hemangiomas and trunk and limbs of any type of hemangiomas less effective. Conclusion Pingyangmycin in vivo injection for adults only applies to the head and face spongiform and mixed hemangioma, other types and other parts of the body surface hemangioma should not be used.
