通过对酸轧机组入口活套张力波动及掉张力故障的分析,找到了故障的原因。并提出了相应的解决办法,保障了入口活套的张力稳定性能。
Through the analysis of the fluctuation of tension of looper and the failure of tension at entrance of acid mill, the reason of the fault was found out. And the corresponding solutions are put forward to ensure the tension stability of entrance looper.
