农民是海南省最大的群体,也是农业生产、农村消费的主体。为了全面了解农民意愿,为省委、省政府和各级领导制定农村政策,解决农村问题及指导农村工作提供决策依据,今年6月,国家统计局海南省城乡社会经济调查队与海南城乡市场调查咨询公司就当前农村的热点问题进行了一次历时2个月的调查。调查采取入户的形式,对19个市县的1922个家庭进行了访问,从而较全面地反映了当前海南农民的实际状况。从本期起,本刊将陆续刊发“农民意愿调查”系列报告,以期得到各级党政领导和从事农村工作同志的关注。

In the survey, 1922 families in 19 cities and counties were interviewed in the form of home-use, which fully reflected the current situation of Hainan farmers. Starting from this issue, we will successively publish a series of “Farmers Willingness Survey” series of reports, with a view to receiving the attention of party and government leaders and rural working comrades at all levels.
