对45Mn2钢球的热处理工艺和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:在锻造余热淬火的条件下,随着回火温度的升高,抗拉强度降低,冲击韧性增大;淬火后的显微组织是板条马氏体,其耐磨性能优于45钢和中锰铸铁。
The heat treatment process and mechanical properties of 45Mn2 steel ball were studied. The results show that with the increase of tempering temperature, the tensile strength decreases and the impact toughness increases with the forging residual heat quenching. The microstructure after quenching is lath martensite with better wear resistance than 45 Steel and manganese cast iron.
