本文应用ABC(avidin biotin-percxidase complex)免疫酶组织化学方法,研究6例常人各段脊神经节内的P物质和K物质样免疫反应。结果表明,人各节段脊神经节细胞均呈现这两种神经肽的阳性免疫反应。P物质的免疫反应强度高于K物质,其免疫反应染色颗粒比较粗大;K物质的反应染色颗粒很细小,呈匀质状分布在胞质内。在L_4段脊神经节,约21.7%的节细胞呈P物质性阳性反应,其中小细胞为15.2%,中细胞4.4%,大细胞2.1%;约19.2%的L_4段脊神经节细胞呈K物质阳性反应,其中小细胞占14.6%,中细胞3.1%,大细胞1.4%。实验结果提示,这两种肽可能在一级转入系统中起一定调解作用。
In this paper, ABC (avidin biotin-percxidase complex) immunoenzymatic histochemical method was used to study the substance P and K substance-like immunoreactivity in the spinal ganglia of 6 normal individuals. The results showed that all segments of human spinal ganglion cells showed both positive neuropeptide immunological reactions. The immunoreaction intensity of substance P is higher than that of substance K, and the immunoreaction staining particles are relatively coarse. The reaction substance of substance K is very small and uniformly distributed in the cytoplasm. About 21.7% of the ganglion cells showed substance-P positive reaction in the L4 spinal ganglion, with 15.2% of small cells, 4.4% of middle cells, 2.1% of large cells, and about 19.2% of L4 spinal ganglion cells were positive for substance K , Of which 14.6% of small cells, 3.1% of cells, 1.4% of large cells. The experimental results suggest that these two peptides may play a mediating role in the primary transfer into the system.
