结合广州石油化工厂人群健康本底调查,我们对厂区周围的公社社员约四百名进行了尿中一些化学成份的分析。共检查十个项目:尿铅、尿汞、尿氟、尿δ-氨基乙酰丙酸(δ-ALA)、尿中粪卟啉(CP)、尿酚(Ph)、尿马尿酸(HiA)、尿17-酮类固醇(17-KS)、尿5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)及尿3-甲氧4-羟扁桃酸(VMA)。调查对象为18~50岁的男女公社社员(尿铅取自非铅作业工人),散居于石油化工厂的南侧(文冲大队)和北侧(新围大队),还有一组位于离工厂约20公里的黄坡大队和水西大队。被检对象均进行过健康检查,有疾患者已排除。在调查时工厂正在兴建,
Based on a survey of the health background of the population in Guangzhou Petrochemical Plant, we analyzed some of the chemical components in the urine of about 400 people in the commune around the factory. A total of 10 items were examined: urinary lead, urinary mercury, urinary fluoride, urinary δ-aminolevulinic acid (δ-ALA), urinary coproporphyrin (CP), urophorol (Ph), urinary hippuric acid Urinary 17-keto steroids (17-KS), urinary 5-HIAA and urinary 3-methoxy 4-hydroxymandelic acid (VMA).
