颜某,女,9岁。1987年3月16日来本院就诊。其父代诉:患儿自出生后左眼皮长,进食时右上睑随之举落。近年来发现视力不佳,时有眼斜,未经诊治。患儿系第一胎足月顺产。父母体健,非近亲婚配。母妊娠期健康。家族中无眼疾者。体检:全身检查未见异常。眼科检查:视力:右0.09,左0.6。双上睑均下垂,左甚。睑裂长及眼球突出度均在正常范围。睑裂高度如下表(单位毫米)。
Yan a, female, 9 years old. March 16, 1987 to our hospital. His father sued: children with left eyelid long after birth, then eat when the right upper eyelid. In recent years, poor vision was found, sometimes oblique, without diagnosis and treatment. Children with full-term first-term fetus. Parents healthy, non-relatives marriage. Mother’s pregnancy is healthy. No eye disease in the family. Physical examination: No abnormalities in the whole body examination. Eye examination: visual acuity: right 0.09, left 0.6. Double upper eyelid sag, left even. Palpebral fissure length and eyeball protrusion are in the normal range. Palpebral fissure height as follows (in millimeters).
